The objective of this National Action Plan is to reduce risks and impacts of pesticide use on human health and the environment in Gibraltar, and to meet the obligations on Member States under article 4 of Council Directive 2009/128/EC establishing a framework for Community action to achieve the sustainable use of pesticides.
