For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 1 June 2010.
Abstract

Under this Regulation, a “name search” means a search of the register for the purpose of determining registered ownership interests, if any, in land of a person registered in the register (sect. 1). The Regulation provides a list of criteria that must be fulfilled before a name search can be carried out by the Registrar.
