They prohibit: (a) fishing for or attempting to fish for mussel seed or permitting another person to fish for or attempt to fish for mussel seed within the exclusive fishery limits of Ireland; and (b) buying, handling, weighing, transhipping, transporting, landing, processing, storing or selling of mussel seed that has been caught or harvested in contravention these Regulations.
