Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Farming and Fishing Industries Development Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the dissolution of the Council. In particular, section 2 establishes that at an annual general meeting of the Council, the persons entitled to vote at the annual general meeting may resolve to dissolve the Council in accordance with this Regulation. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following aspects: resolution to dissolve, contingency fund, publication of dissolution, fund closure and distribution and date of dissolution.
