Abstract

This Act concerns the marketing of citrus fruits in New South Wales and Victoria within a joint marketing scheme. For the purpose of administering the Act and the marketing scheme, the Murray Valley Citrus Marketing Board is established and regulated under this Act. The Act provides general indications for the marketing of citrus fruits (Part 4) and for accounts and reports (Part 5).
