Abstract This Act concerns transferring to municipalities the beneficial and legal ownership of water works and sewage systems owned by the Ontario Clean Water Agency. The Act contains provisions on the transferring (sects. 3-4), on the management of works transferred to two or more municipalities (sect. 5), on the operation of works (sect. 6), on agreements related to planning (sect. 12), on the powers of municipalities (sect. 13) and on delegation (sect. 14).
