An application for a drinking water works permit referred to in subsection (1) must be accompanied by a copy of a notice described in clause 48 (1.1) (b) of Ontario Regulation 287/07 (General) made under the Clean Water Act, 2006 that was given to the owner of the system by the source protection authority for the area in which the system is located.
