Abstract These Rules provide the process for the application for registration of a multi-state cooperative society. The Rules also contain provisions on federal cooperative societies. Additionally, the Rules detail out the provisions on management, privileges, properties and funds of Multi-State Cooperative Societies. On receipt of an application under rule 3, the Central Registrar shall enter the details of the application in the register of applications to be maintained in Form II.
