Abstract

These Regulations prescribe measures that shall be taken by owner or person in control of any cistern, vat or tank for storing water, owner or occupier of any premises on which there are wells, owner or persons in control of any puncheon, hogshead, barrel, boat, dorey, pitpan or any other article whatsoever which may retain water and the owner of any premise to avoid stagnant water in contact with the open air so as to enhance breeding of mosquito.
