Abstract: This Act lays varies duties on owners of land or premises to take specified measures to avoid the breeding or spreading of mosquitoes. All land around any building or dwelling shall be kept clear of mosquito breeding and resting places, water shall be stored in such way as to be protected against mosquitoes, land shall be kept clear of specified vegetation, and littering and dumping is prohibited.
