The Council shall indicate certain areas and routes in the urban area for the purpose of keeping or moving animals. Directions of the Municipal Director regarding keeping and moving of animals shall be observed and access to premises shall be allowed to inspectors. Animals shall not be kept in dwellings and certain routes to the abattoir shall be followed. Animals may be impounded and confiscated. (17 by-laws completed by 3 Schedules) Full text English
