It Board shall, among other things: (a) supply water in bulk to such water undertakers as the Minister may, after consultation with the Board, designate in that behalf; (b) supply water, in bulk or otherwise, to such persons or class of persons as the Minister may, after consultation with the Board designate in that behalf; (c) apply for and obtain all such licences, permits and other authorities as may be required by the provisions of any written law or as may be desirable.
