Abstract

These Regulations amend for Scotland the Miscellaneous Food Additives Regulations 1995 and the Sweeteners in Food Regulations 1995 so as to implement Community legislation setting standards for additives and sweeteners used in foodstuffs. The amendments are of a miscellaneous character and concern, among other things, labelling and purity criteria for specific substances.
