It provides hygiene norms for public water fountains and construction standards for all drinking fountains for the dispensing of water for human consumption and connected drains. Other provisions concern the prevention of the spreading of flies and equipment for compressed air, which shall be maintained and operated in such a manner so as to prevent the contamination of the air so processed and sold.
