Abstract

This Order, in exercise of the power granted to the Secretary of State by section 10 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932, prohibits the keeping of mink in Wales. That Act defines the duty on occupiers of land to give notice of the presence on their land of mink not kept under a license. This Order makes an exception to this provision and a provision which makes failure to give notice an offence.
