Abstract

These Rules, made under section 6 of the Public Works Act, make provision with respect to public order and the protection of public property in an area called Harbour. They also provide for the protection of the environment by prohibiting the littering and pollution of public places and the damaging of any tree, shrub or plant, growing in any public street, square or ground. They also place restrictions on the keeping and grazing of animals in the area.
