Abstract

The Act concerns transfer of employees from the Ministry to two specified State companies involved in forestry or meat inspection. A new section in the Forests Act 1949 concerns the appointment under the State Sector Act 1988 of such Forestry Officers (in State companies) as may be required for the purposes of that Act. (8 sections completed by a Schedule)
