Abstract

The objective of this Act, consisting of 18 sections, is to provide for the merger of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Forestry into the new Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The Act specifies the enactments amended as well as administrative provisions regarding personnel, intellectual property and appointment of inspectors.
