This Ministerial Ordinance enters into force on 1 October 1954.
Abstract

In accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Veterinarian Law, a person who intends to obtain a veterinarian's license shall attach the following documents to the application form (first form), register license tax and fee of revenue stamp equivalent to the amount must be submitted to the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. However, the law on the use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. When submitting an application using the electronic information processing organization prescribed in the same paragraph, the fee shall be paid with cash based on the payment information obtained by the submission of the application. The Registrar shall comply with the provisions of Article 10, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Act on Guardian Registration, etc. (Act No. 152 of 1999) regarding whether or not he/she is under the age of 4 adult guardians Registration certificate to be issued.
