Abstract This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at (i) prohibiting the production, manufacturing, export, circulation, and use of the industrial chemicals listed in Annex 1; and (ii) prohibiting to public and private bodies, individuals and institutions to produce, manufacture, export, and circulate the restricted industrial chemicals listed in Annex 2. To import the substances included in Annex 2, exclusively for the use indicated, is necessary an approval by the Ministry of Environment and water. The substances included in both annexes can be used for scientific and research purposes after obtaining the Ministry's approval for their import. The safe and healthy disposal of the substances listed in Annex 1 shall be agreed with the Ministry and the local authority by six months from the publication of this Resolution.
