The Law enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law prohibits temporarily the import from Italy of all kind of live birds, ornamental birds, wild birds and poultries. It bans also to introduce in the Emirates their meats or products or residues. The ban will last until the end of the emergency for highly pathogenic avian influenza. Meats of heat-treated birds are excluded.
