Importation of non-castrated calfs, goats and sheeps for slaughtering is prohibited (art. 1). The following quarantine measures shall be carried out for the imported castrated calfs, sheeps and goats: control and verification that all animals are castrated and marked with the objective to distinguish them from the local animals (art. 2).
