This Resolution enters into force on 6 January 2001.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. It shall be prohibited for all companies, persons, governmental and private apparatuses to import, sell and use any kind of pesticides listed in the attached Annex (art. 1). The importer companies of the aforementioned pesticides will have 6 months from the date of the issuance of this Resolution to regulate their position (art. 2). All concerned departments shall implement this Resolution, and all rules and provisions that do not comply with this Resolution are now abrogated (art. 3).
