Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. It shall be prohibited for all companies, persons, governmental and private apparatuses to import, sell and use any kind of pesticides listed in the attached Annex (art. 1). The importer companies of the aforementioned pesticides will have 6 months from the date of the issuance of this Resolution to regulate their position (art. 2).
