Abstract This Law is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on the importation of any specie of squids. Article 2 prohibits the importation and exportation of living animals including birds or their products mentioned in the list of the Convention on International Trade of Endangered Species (CITES). Article 3 prohibits the importation of any specie of living hawks mentioned in the list of CITES from 1 September to 31 March of each year. The Director of the Animal Resources Department shall define the necessary requirements and conditions for the implementation of this Resolution (art. 4). Full text Arabic
