This Resolution enters into force on 15 January 2001.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 19 articles. Articles 1 and 2 set out conditions and requirements for individuals who wish to open veterinary medicines deposit, and for the deposits. The control and supervision of veterinary medicines deposit shall be carried out by a veterinary surgeon (art. 3). The Minister of Agriculture and Fish Resources shall establish a Technical Committee for Veterinary Deposits Licences (art. 9). Taxes and royalties shall be fixed according to Resolutions No. 6/6 of 1988 and No. 17 of 1996 (art. 11). Articles 12 and 13 provide for the acceptance or revocation of licences. The deposit shall be subject to the control and inspection of the Inspection Committee for Veterinary Clinics and Medicinal Deposits (art. 15). Owners of veterinary medicinal deposits shall regulate their position within 6 months from the date of issuance of this Resolution (art. 18).
