This Ministerial Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. the possession or trade in edible oil already used by owners of restaurants or public utilities even if it is treated is prohibited (art. 1). All factories which use edible oil in their products are prohibited to commerce it even if it is treated (art. 2). All factories, restaurants, public utilities, wholesalers and retailers shall keep documents and invoices of the oil source (art. 3).
