This Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consists of 14 Parts divided into 86 articles and 6 Annexes: Definition of blight harmful to plants and agricultural products (I); Conditions for the exportation of plants and agricultural products (II); Conditions for the importation of plants and agricultural products (III); Plants and some agricultural products which are not allowed to enter the country (IV); Materials for scientific objectives not allowed to enter the country (V); Sterilization conditions for imported and exported plants and agricultural products (VI); Special conditions for the transit into Egypt of plants and agricultural products (VII); Measures for the rejected entry into Egypt of plants and agricultural products (VIII); Conditions for the importation of cotton and cotton products (IX); Conditions for the importation of potato nodules (seeds) for cultivation (X); Apiculture zones (XI); Conditions for the importation of silkworm ovules (XII); Expenses and exemption from quarantine measures (XIII); Conditions for the meetings of the Quarantine Committee (XIV).
