This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 3 articles amends the Regulation of 2013. Article 51, on criteria to be met by water in drains before being raised to freshwater bodies for agricultural purposes, changes the quantity of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) from 1000 to 2000 mg/l; while article 52 provides for conducting case-by-case studies in case of dumping treated sewage water and treated industrial liquid waste on non-fresh water bodies that go to freshwater bodies.
