This Resolution enters into force on 10 May 2003.
Abstract

This Resolution consists of 5 Chapters divided into 29 articles. Article 1 contains terms and definitions. Chapter I deals with licences for veterinary surgeons, registration, requirements and conditions for practising the veterinary profession (including veterinary ambulatory technicians and nurses), and documents necessary for the applicants and for the issuance of licences. Chapter II provides for the issuance of licences for veterinary installations. Chapter III covers duties and liabilities of the veterinary surgeon. Chapter IV contains offences and penalties. Chapter V applies to bailiffs and officers assigned to the control and inspection of veterinary installations.
