Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Farmers and owners of cotton firewood in provinces of Egypt, shall assume the duty to gather and get rid of bolls adhered to cotton firewood by burning (art. 1). Transgressors will be deprived from advantages decided by the State concerning the costs (art. 2). Transportation of firewood is allowed only by the authorization of the Agricultural Advisers (art. 3). Mayors will be in charge of implementing this Resolution at transgressors expenses (art. 4).
