Ministerial Ordinance laying down safeguarding measures for Ponza and Palmarola Islands.

With a view to guaranteeing the protection of the environmental resources of Ponza and Palmarola Islands and avoiding serious and irreparable damages to the environment, this Ordinance lays down safeguarding measures. It prohibits all those activities that might interfere with the ecological balance, such as: capture and/or killing of wild fauna species; collecting of spontaneous vegetable species; introduction of animal and vegetable species other than autochthonous;construction of discharge in
