Abstract This Order consisting of 3 articles aims at establishing a prohibition of unconscionable prices for essential goods. It regards any goods and supplies that are necessary for the health, safety and welfare of people, including (i) food, water and other beverages; (ii) fuel and gasoline; (iii) health care goods, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies; and (iv) personal hygiene, sanitation and cleaning goods.
