Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force immediately and it lasts for the entire duration of the period of the declaration of the state of emergency made March 18, 2020.
Abstract

This Order consisting of 3 articles aims at establishing a prohibition of unconscionable prices for essential goods. It regards any goods and supplies that are necessary for the health, safety and welfare of people, including (i) food, water and other beverages; (ii) fuel and gasoline; (iii) health care goods, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies; and (iv) personal hygiene, sanitation and cleaning goods.
