This Ministerial Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order establishes taxes on products to be exported to Mozambique, within the scope of the implementation of the Conformity Assessment Programme (PAC), as well as the destination to give the respective revenues under article 22 of the Regulation on Standardization and Conformity Assessment Programme (PAC) of Mozambique, approved by Decree No. 8/2022 of 14 March, the Ministers of Economy and Finance and Industry and Commerce determine that such Programme for mandatory control on products is implemented by the entity acting on behalf of INNOQ, IP, in accordance with paragraph f) of article 6 in conjunction with article 18, both of the same Decree. The fees inherent to PAC implementation services fall on exporters in the country of origin of the products and are set out in Annexes I and II of this Ministerial Order.
