Abstract This Ministerial Order, consisting of 21 articles divided into four Chapters and one Map, establishes the Structure of Central Services and Personnel Map of the Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion (SEII), namely the services that make up the Directorate-General and the Inspection and Audit Office, and approves the respective personnel map. The Secretary of State for Equality and Inclusion has the mission of designing, coordinating and evaluating the policy approved by the Council of Ministers for the areas of support and promotion of gender equality and social inclusion. The National Directorate for Gender Development (DNDG) is the department of the Directorate-General responsible for defining and supporting the promotion of policies for an integrated approach to gender and inclusion, the economic empowerment of women and the increase of participation of women in political life.
