Abstract This Ministerial Order creates the National Land Policy Review Committee (CRPNT) subordinated to the Minister of Land, Environment and Rural Development. The CRPNT is a body for coordinating, preparing and conducting the consultation process on the revision of the National Land Policy and Implementation Strategy and the respective regulatory and institutional framework. CCRPNT is responsible to: a) Carry out participatory tools on the implementation and adequacy of the political and legal framework for land to the current socio-economic reality of the country; b) Appraise the recommendations resulting from the reports and recommend proposals for revising the legal or institutional political framework; c) Supervise public and/or directed consultation on approaches for revising the National Land Policy and the respective institutional and legal framework; d) Guide and supervise the review of the National Land Policy, appreciating the preliminary projects presented by the Technical Secretariat; e) Propose the methodology for the public consultations on the draft revision of the National Land Policy.
