This Ministerial Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 8 Chapters and 2 Annexes, regulates the tourism activity into protected areas of National Parks. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain an authorization to develop and perform touristic activities into National Parks of Timor-Leste. Annexes lay down a list of protected areas in the country and a geographical map of the protected area to be exploited for touristic purposes.
