Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of expertise, testing and the state hygienic registration of disinfection means of the national and foreign origin. Disinfection means for potable water, insecticides and deratization means for fighting rodents shall be subject to compulsory state hygienic registration. The registration of disinfection means of foreign origin shall be valid for a year, the period that can be extended up to three years while registration of disinfection means of the national origin shall be valid for the period of five years. The certificatioon and registration authority shall a branch of the Ministry of Public Health. The Regulation contains the application form for the state registration.
