Abstract This Ministerial Order establishes and regulates the functional structure of the Integrated Planning Centre (CPI) of the Ministry of Planning (MPO). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned CPI, as a central service of the MPO integrated in the direct administration of the State. The MPO's CPI is responsible for proposing and coordinating planning policies so that they are integrated with medium and long-term development strategies and promote the economic and social development of Timor-Leste. The CPI is also responsible for integrated strategic planning, including the Strategic Development Plan within the scope of the MPO's attributions and the responsibilities assigned to the CPI, by article 10 of Decree-Law No. 45/2020, of 7 October.
