This Ministerial Order enters into force on 16 December 2011.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order establishes a prohibited season for artisanal shrimp trawl fishing from 1 to 31 January 2012, and defines the geographical coordinates within the coastal areas of Banco de Sofala, prohibiting management and processing of the above mentioned shrimp according to Law on Fisheries No. 3/90, and the General Regulation on Marine Fisheries. Between the parallels 16.º South and 19.º 47’ South, and between the coordinates from the coast to 19.º47’ South and 35.º 00’ East. point 21.º 00’ South and 35.º 11’.
