This Ministerial Order enters into force on 30 November 2010 and expires on 30 November 2013.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 3 articles, establishes temporary limitation of industrial shrimp fishing in Sofala Banks. It applies from the 2011 onwards. Concession of quotas and licensing of this activity will take into consideration: the fulfillment of allocated quotas on a minimum of 95%; the total payment of taxes for fishing license and harbour taxes; the registration of infractions in fishing; the late supply of statistics on fish caught; the obligation for at least the 50% of allocated quota of fauna landed.
