This Ministerial Order enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Ministry for the Coordination of Environmental Action. This Regulation, composed of 4 Chapters, specifies composition, functions, duties and structure of the aforementioned institution entitled to manage and carry out controls over the environmental sector. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Central Organs and Departmental Functions (Chap. II); Ministerial Partners (Chap. III); Final Provisions (Chap. IV).
