Abstract This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of Royalties and Fees of the National Institution of the Sea (INAMAR). The Regulation, consisting of 23 articles divided into three Chapters and one Annex, aims to regulate the collection of fees by INAMAR for public services. It applies to: a) Public and private entities whose activities are legally subject to licensing or authorization by INAMAR; b) National and foreign vessels engaged in maritime trade, fishing, recreational and other activities that require any of the national ports and in jurisdictional waters; c) Any other floating construction that navigates in the jurisdictional waters, and d) Maritime registrants, as well as individuals whose professions are subject to maritime jurisdiction. The public services to be provided by INAMAR, subject to the payment of fees, as well as the vessels that use national ports, are listed in the attached fee table.
