Abstract This Ministerial Order, consisting of 28 articles divided into four Chapter and one Annex, approves the Structure of the Directorate-General for Territorial Planning (DGOT). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of DGOT, as the central service of the Ministry of Planning and Planning (MPO), responsible for ensuring the implementation of the national territorial planning policy. It includes: territorial planning, urban planning, coastal planning, geospatial and cartographic information, promoting national cohesion, while ensuring the defense and enhancement of cultural and natural heritage.
