Abstract This Ministerial Order establishes the Regulation of harbours' exploitation in fishery sector. The Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies commercial and non-commercial activities (including fishing) to be performed by National and foreign fishing vessels within National harbours of Mozambique. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform any activity within the above mentioned harbours according to the Policy on Fisheries and Strategy of implementation, approved by Resolution No. 11/96. It also specifies landing and merchandise loading activities requirements, taxes, inspections and offences to be paid for illegal activities.
