Abstract This Resolution consisting of 3 articles aims at implementing the following International Conventions related to Maritime Navigation (i) International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships of 1973; (ii) Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention on Load Lines of 1966; (iii) International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships of 1969; (iv) International Convention for Preventing Collisions at Sea of 1972; (v) Protocol of 1988 relating to the International Convention for the Safety of life at Sea of 1974; and (vi) International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers of 1978.
