Abstract

This Ministerial Order approves the statute of the National Agronomic Institution (I.N.I.A.) under the Ministry of Agriculture, entitled to promote and develop agronomy within the Mozambican rural territory. It consists of 6 chapters defining competencies and duties of the aforementioned agricultural Institution, whose statute is divided as follows: Competencies (Chap 1); Composition and structure (2); Financial management (3); Technical commissions (4 and 5); Final provisions (6).
