Abstract This Ministerial Order establishes the effective prohibition for the surface shrimp fishing in the areas between: a) Parallels 16 South and 19 47'South: from 1 January to 31 March 2022, for industrial and semi-industrial motor trawlers, with ice conservation on board as well as the trawling for small pelagic fish; and b) The coordinates that extend from the coast to a line joining the point 19 South and 35 00' East, with the point 21 00' South and 35 11' East: from 1 January to 31 March 2022, for semi-industrial motor trawlers, ice conservation onboard and trawling of small pelagic fish.
