This Ministerial Order enters into force immediately.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Ministry of Land, Environment and Rural Development (MITADER). The Regulation, consisting of 89 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the MITADER, created by Presidential Decree No. 1/2015 of 16 January, whose duties and powers are contained in the Presidential Decree No. 13/2015 of 16 March. It is a central organ of the State aimed to direct, plan, coordinate, control and ensure the implementation of policies in the fields of administration and management of Land and Geomatics, Forest and Wildlife, Environment, Conservation Areas and Rural Development.
