This Ministerial Order enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Ministerial Order updates the tuna fishing licence fees applicable to the National fleet with a Base Port abroad and to the foreign fleet with a Base Port abroad that operates in Mozambique's jurisdictional waters. In particular, the fishing licence fees for tuna fishing applicable to the national fleet with a Base Port abroad and to the foreign fleet with a Base Port abroad operating in the jurisdictional waters of Mozambique are updated, as set out in Annex IX of the Regulation on the Granting of Fishing Rights and Fishing Licensing approved by Decree No. 74/2017 of 29 December, amended and republished by Decree No. 60/2018 of 1 October, in accordance with Annex of this Order.
