Abstract This Ministerial Order establishes Public Rice Supply Intervention and the standardization of the price of rice in Oecussi District. It specifies that to overcome the lack of rice on the markets and the market rice price in Oecussi, it is necessary to sale at the same price to the consumers throughout the District, giving priority to remote areas. The selling price to the consumer is $ USD twelve (12 US dollars) per bag of 25 kilos, throughout the District.
